NanoPi NEO2 – Allwinner H5, gigabit ethernet

Friedlyarm.com released a new version of NanoPi, with NEO2 name.

NanoPi NEO2 contains Alwinner H5 instead of Allwinner H3 (NanoPi NEO). Cortex-A53 with Mali450MP GPU.

512MB DDR3 RAM and storage is microSD card slot, Gigabit Ethernet (instead of 100Mbit) (RTL8211E-VB-CG chip).

You can also use 1x USB2.0 OTG, 1x USB2.0 and two USB 2.0 which are connected to 24pin header.

There are also SPI, PWM, I2C and another peripherals.

The dimension of board is 40 x 40 mm, the board includes 4pin UART debug, LEDs for for power supply and status.

The price of NanoPi NEO2 is $14.99 (NEO costs $7.99) + shipping.
